ENTRY TO THE SITE:Entry to the event site for Show and Shine entrants is from Shute Harbour Terminal car park at 7am
All entrants need to be parked by 8.00am, no late entry to the site can be allowed, due to public safety
Entrants are not able to leave prior to 11.30am due to public safety
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle
NO TRUCKS with a GVM or ATM over 4.5 tonnes
Every registration via website will be in the draw for Lucky Door Prize, but MUST be in attendance on the day and at the time of the draw
SITE RULES:
All vehicles must be registered and insured.
NO TRUCKS permitted on the grounds with a GVM or ATM over 4.5 tonnes
All entrants must adhere to the instructions of the parking marshalls.
NO early departures in order to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
To ensure the safety of all vehicles, a space of approximately 2 metre will be left between parked vehicles.
No tents or marquees are to be erected.
Respectful treatment of all officials, other car owners, stall holders and the public is expected at all times.
Unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the show and site.
